Yup, it is just for fun--a great way to place some great photos all in one place.

I'm not sure; it was pretty small...I thought it was a leopard frog or something...but there are many members wiser than me on this matter.

I think so...especially with some people out of town rompin' around.

Thank you. I really like it...but I agree, how can it compete with that (and some others).

So is the swimming pool there specifically for the bears? I have never heard the whole story of why BBBB has bears in her backyard that seem to be her friends, and I would love to hear it.

I love the toad, and the frog, and the swimming hole... Lots of really great photos this month. I am glad I don't have to be the judge!

I already entered five, so I am going to withdraw my photo of the assassin bug eating its prey, which was a cool subject but not that great a photo, in favor of a new entry.

I'm sure 4B will be happy to share it again...Curious George. . (I notice you still have your unique title...it still applies! ...I remember when you got it, but not why.)

Just wondering, was the rule changed to allow a few days to submit photos (still taken in June)? I know Equilibrium asked that somewhere.

Thanks.

Thanks, Sage. That may give "The Ladies Who Lunch Among Bears" a chance to compete too.

See, Lib, Havalotta, and 4B, I got your backs.

Thanks Dap.
I can't wait to see what Equil's about to toss into the ring for the bears to chew upon.

I'm still looking for 1 photo I took before I left... can't find it so far.... bummer. Here's a photo I just liked because it was so "green" and the 2nd photo I like because it's a good memory of kicking back and watching hummers for about an hour. I liked the way the feeders lined up too.
