Default An excellent Youtube channel

I don't know the creator of this youtube channel and have no affiliation but he apparently knows his stuff botanically and geologically, and I'm currently addicted to the videos. If you don't like profanity and crassness, maybe its not for you. Each video is akin to taking a virtual botanical tour, with a Chicago Italian George Carlin-esque host. Thats the best analogy I can think of. If that sounds like something you would enjoy, check it out! Edit: i guess I should mention the name of the channel is Crime Pays but Botany Doesn't. Enjoy!

I discovered this channel a while ago as well. I like to watch a video or two while I walk on my treadmill in the morning.
One with the earth, with the sky, one with everything in life. I believe it will start with conviction of the heart.

Glad someone else likes it. Its shown me a bunch of plants from other places like New Caledonia and Oaxaca, in their habitat, that I would otherwise never have thought about or looked at. This guy inspired me to buy a book about plant families and download a botany textbook in pdf, and get a geology app.

My other favorite, and a much safer choice, is the In Defense of Plants podcast. The variety of guests is really great and the topics are all over the place.

I will have to check these out. Thank you.

Holy cr@p. I just watched the first one. What an bizarre mix of crassness and knowledge. I want to see that tall grass meadow at the height of summer.
