What is that??? From below it looks like a Grosbeak... sort of... if the shape of the beak was more rounded off but that could be the angle you took the photo from playing with the eye.

I have no idea........... That is why he's here.
He has yellow feathers along his sides too. I too thought grosebeak but the bill IS different!
