Thanks for posting the happy wren in the gourd birdhouse photo! The apple gourd originated in my garden!! So happy to see it being used so productively. ![]() The apple gourds have a thicker wall than most gourds, so they make terrific birdhouses! |

It took me forever to open this thread, but now I get the title! Beautiful shot, by the way, MILTA.
I had a feeling it was a house wren. As long as you are not trying to attract bluebirds, I guess it shouldn't be an issue. I admit, I don't want one in our yard with the bluebirds, but house wrens are native birds.
