I love that first photo too. One of the best pictures I have ever seen of a hummingbird. I have the same feeder you have turttle.

It's difficult to tell adult females from juvenile females. Beak length may be a clue if you have another one to compare with. Juvenile males haves some brown streaking and maybe a dot of red on their throats. Adult females and all juveniles have white on the tail. Late in the season it is harder to tell them apart.

I have not seen any hummers at my feeders in over a week now looks like the headed south.
