Heuchera holds its leaves well into winter before finally succumbing. Wonderful photo of the Coral Bells.

I found one more decent photo from Nov of '07. This photo was taken in one of my bogs. The frost set the purp off well.

We do get frosts. And we usually get 3 days a year that we need coats too. So there! hmmmmpf!

They're saying we might get snow Friday. It will be the first time in recorded history that we get snow 2 years in a row. I'm not betting that it'll make it this far south, though.
