My opinion, for what it's worth is, to use enhancement to get your photo to what you remember when you took the photograph. I hate to spend tons of time trying to fix a shot after the fact. Especially since I can take dozens in a weekend.

I will spend time on the front side adjusting aperture, white balance, and shutter speed before I actively begin shooting.

Funny, Viceroy! Dozens in a weekend! Sounds like a great system. I'm really trying to cut back from my usual hundreds a day, really I am! Cuz 800-1000/weekend, well...

Oh, and now I realize I should not have switched from a PC to a Mac laptop, with different editing programs, cuz I am lost.
