Just found this website yesterday. Much of the stuff is raunchy, but it has many great screwup pictures (marked as "fail"'s, throughout the site)...but when there's a good idea, or a stroke of genius, it's called a "win".

Thought you guys would like the following page, second one down ("Conservation Win")...they shut off all the lights on the billboard except one.
