Default Wanted... southern style greens recipe

I’ve got 2 tall kitchen garbage bags bursting at the seams with ‘Seven Tops’ turnip greens. ‘Seven Tops’ isn’t grown for the roots… it’s grown for the greens and they definitely have a superior taste to them. I’m looking for a southern style greens recipe. I found 1 that looks so so, Jackie Likes to Eat: Southern Style Turnip Greens. I’ve got garbage bags full of onions from my garden and a few packages of turkey bacon and I’ll try that recipe but I’m sorta hoping somebody can give me a “family” recipe to try out.
