I tried the flavored waters, one just plain lime water and a lemon/mint water. They are delicious and a great no sugar substitute for lemon or limeade. So cold and refreshing on a hot day and tastier than plain ice water. I fill the pitcher two times and there are still some nice flavors left but after two days it's time to pitch the pulp into the compost.

But pulp-fiber's so good for the bod.....Seems such a waste!
I know what you're saying though....I often put just a tich of kool aid or juice in a glass filled with ice water to add a bit of flavor.
I try to pay attention to my body in need of hydration working so much outdoors. Pop and things just do NOT satisfy MY thirst any.
