Niiiiice choices and it's not too, too often one has the chance to view a purple mushroom!

The winning photo shall be featured in the upcoming thread "THE WALL OF FAME!" where it will be put on display with the "Best of the Best"

I'm honored and humbled once again, though the purple shroom looked good enough to eat, is it edible suunto????!!!! I expect the caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland to be sitting upon it, smoking a hookah. Eat me, drink me . . .

Equil, the road not taken??? Two roads diverged in a yellow wood. Such an enchanting yellow wood. I want to be there.

Post #1 in this thread should be helpful in locating the monthly prize winners.

Absolutely gorgeous photo by Linrose! And in reply, I believe that the purple 'shroom in my photo is edible...

THANKS Cirsium!
It came into view while I was in search of a few last photos.
I see you've added a Winners Announcement area to it since I've last visited. Niiice addition!

That would have shortened my research time by a loooong shot in locating the photos of the more recent winners had I noticed it prior.
I'm almost done gathering and framing the photos from every contest I can possibly think of. This "Wall of fame" (including all of the winning photos) will begin its presentation in a few short weeks (End of December-January) once I've returned from a previously-scheduled trip out west.
Decembers 2011 P.O.M. contest is now open for placing......... "Your" best shot! ~December 2011 Photo of the Month Contest~

Once again.
Congratulations to ALL winners........ Past, present and future!
