Thanks!!! The photo sucks but the feel I get when I'm there is saved when I look at the photos I've taken over the years. This year I caught that some of their snags toppled over into the water. They erected artifical snags that the herons took to. It gave me goosebumps seeing new nests in what looked like platforms balanced atop oversized camera tripods.
