Caterpillar kisses.... How precious.
Your little tom boy-girl must have learned from one of the best.

She is precious, isn't she? I am waiting for her to come over to go to the beach now. She is so much fun!

I was tending my gardens, and Red Riding Hood's three cubs came scampering up to me in the strawberry patch. No Red Riding Hood. Since we are just a few days from Bear Hunting Season, I thought the worst.

Shared some strawberries with the cubs, and walked them back into the meadow. They foraged and played. Then the cubs climbed up their favorite bear napping tree. Three hours later Red appeared covered in what we call "boot jacks." Those snaggy little triangle shaped things from plants that stick to your clothes. Bears get them all over their fur when they forage in the blackberry shrubs.

Red walked up to me and I looked up at her cubs in the tree, then she did the same. She trotted across the meadow and called them down and off the reunited bear family went.

Note: I just read back what I wrote, and it doesn't sound believable, but that's how my photo opp happened.

Kids & Critters photos, what a great concept!! Perhaps you'd like to start a new thread for that? Maybe in the Education Forum?

I think your cat & kid photo belongs on a magazine cover!
