This really isn't an entry, but I didn't know where else to post it. This shows our homestead looking south across our northern property line (the fence). A portion of the vegetable garden can be seen on the left, with a grape arbor just above it. Our spring is just off the image to the right of the beech tree that barely peeps in on the right of the image. The small trees on the slope are peaches and heirloom apples; the brown patch just above the fence, partially hidden by spruce trees, is an incipient service berry grove, and the short sections of rusty wire above that hold up raspberries and other brambles. As time goes on, the area of lawn should continue to shrink...
