Oh yaaaa! That's a great fish photo. Compare it to this and you'll see what I mean.

Havalotta and Equilibrium-
I think those are BOTH great fish photos!

Perhaps you could let us in on your secret for getting fishies to pose for the camera?

Flattery will get you everywhere with me. Here's my secret which you can confirm with Hedgerowe since she was with me... I hang over the rail with my camera and purse my lips into a fish face. Then I call out "here fishy fishy fishy, here fishy fishy, come and get your photo taken". That's the secret to getting the fish to pose. You too can have a not so great fish photo like mine if you make the fish face and talk nice to the fishy.

You really should have something in those photos for scale, but I guess I'm just carping...

Cereal leaf though, great shots!

Holy mackerel, that's a nice shot. Oh, cod, you must have had a halibut time calling "Here fishy, fishy" while taking your shots. Were you also singing a tuna? It's nice to "fish" by camera because you don't need a lot of mussels.

Glad to see we hooked another witty one into worming her way into our lake
What I'd like to see is a close up of Equill's best fishy pucker while calling to her fishies.
