Yes, it's on the edge of a vernal stream at the back of my little space. One of those fun things in the woods.

Very cool shots! How did you get so close to them? Or is there a big telephoto lens involved?

They are one of the species we hope will eventually nest at the Bartel Grassland/Tinley Creek Wetlands.

Finally getting around to submitting something...
The river scene is the Souris (Mouse) River in Minot, ND, the evil-eyed squirrel also was in Minot, and the sunset was taken from our yard in West Virginia.

A couple more - the barn is on our family farm near Minot, ND (currently operated by my younger brother), and the geese were in a park in Minot.
