Must have been a combined effort. Was it an amazing circle plus another?

Sage, you inspired me to try some Amazing Circles techniques on a few photos. I followed a Photoshop tutorial and came up with some incredible fantasies. I could see me getting waaaaaaay into that fun!!!
I also played with a few other filters in Photoshop. Here are some on this photo of a sycamore. ![]() Circled and inverted. ![]() Liquified ![]() The last is an aster. ![]() |

Nice work, linrose! There is a Flickr group for Amazing Circles!
Hava, it's the name of a technique. Basically, crop your photo to a square; (this is when to work the contrast is you think it needs more punch); Filter>Distort>Polar coordintes (bottom choice) Image>rotate>180 Filter>distort>polar coordinates (top choice) |

I went to that group, all I can say is WOW!!!
Amazing. Circles. I get it. There is some real talent there, real graphic artists. I'm a hack graphic artist but I do my best. DH calls me "Chief Technology Officer and Marketing CEO" of our company. If that's true then we are in real trouble! I just like to play! |

Playing in Photoshop with a shot taken which turned out as a silhouette due to lighting, so tried to make something more interesting of it.
