Congratulations katjh for the first place photo you submitted of the bee and pussy willow from your garden. Such a great photo. Second place goes to Kildale for the beautiful photo of the Rufous hummingbird.
Thank you to everyone who submitted photos.

Thank you...as I said, it's a team effort here. I grow 'em and hubby "shoots" 'em. I'll be sure to pass along the good news to him....when he comes home from Seattle on Friday.
Love the Rufous photo, Kildale. Those little buggers are so pretty!

Congratulations to both.
Great teamwork, katjh. After the long winter, your photo (his photo) screams spring!

Well, absolutely! We have already planted native grasses and native annual wildflowers in several areas (along the gravel driveway, in the construction area, and along the water line strip thru the woods.) I will post more photos soon.

![]() Kchd, I'll get the high-res copy ASAP from the "official" photographer. I'm really enjoying the photos of your house on facebook. Looks AMAZING!!! Can't wait to see more photos of the yard/garden when things start to grow.

Is your property mostly wooded kchd except where the house is? Your house is awesome. Interesting that the kitchen is in the interior. I was thinking that was a good way to keep from getting distracted by the outdoors and burning food or overflowing the sink etc.
