pawprint I'm curious......

....to find out if havalotta has seen any sign of happiness with her mayapple transplants she won? I transplanted a few from the same batch and they are thriving for me.

Yes, the world wants to know. ...and wasn't it kchd who got the second batch? How are they doing for you, ladies?

I like the "mini forest" description...I think of them that way too sometimes.

I checked on the various areas in which I had planted the may apples last week (I too am eager to view their arrival )
We're still caught in the deep freeze here yet. The grass is JUST starting to show its green tips across the way were the southern exposure hits it the most. The rest still lies dormant....

I too am curious if kchd will send us a pix of her mayapple, with a brief description of what she has done with a hundred of those things! Oh well, fingers crossed that she will update us, even if they 'didn't make it' thru the transplanting process.

Aren't you the one, with only a sunset, (well not just any sunset) from years past, and a little work since then, and you have us all expecting full success, how patient we are at WG!

I planted Mayapples on my property last spring. No sign of them yet. It is another late spring here this year the same as last year. Some of my plants are just showing signs of life others still look dead

Yippie, OMG is it May already? hahaha your spring time is so much different than mine, by nearly a month & a half! I'm glad they finally arrived to say 'we made it' thru the deep freeze.
