Very nice of you to help out there, wildwatcher. Nice job.

I was happy to see the excellent entries again--I have to add, that seeing the thumbnail of turttle's caterpillar made me realize how much he reminds me of the Lorax--the character, not the member.

Hi everyone

Don't know if this has been discussed before or not....

why don't we display the winning photo on front page of the wild life gardener ?? you know the one with tree and owl sitting on it with word says welcome to Wildlife Gardeners Why don't we display the winning photo with Welcome to the Wildlife Gardeners and with "Month and winner name" displayed as well??? The winning photo can be changed every month...

and congrats kchd

Just a thought

He just started posting regularly (and I'm glad he did ), and already he is trying to make more work for the moderators!

Dap,

Hey I wasn't trying to make more work for moderators I just trying to attract new people to the forum and showing them different photos every month and showing our appreciations of the talents that people on here can express/share with the photos that they took..... I feel they deserve some special recognition

If they want, I can volunteer you to add the words and month/name of the winning photo for the front page You are pro with photoshop stuff so no moderators will need to do the work *Wink*

I would agree with dapsguy that the headliner photo could be changed up now & then, although I've become quite comfortable with the woodsy owl. By the way, Wildlife Gardeners-North America offers a calender that uses the photo of the month shots, see Linrose, about that & other WG promotional stuff.
