I was searching for a different photo, when I came across the series I took for Where's Waldo...then I did a search for this thread since I remember promising to post a different photo that should be a bit easier.

Here's one that's pretty easy. If you recognize the hint you will know you found waldo.

...I had no idea it was that the second one would be so hard.

I suggest you open both and toggle between the two until you see "movement" like an animation.
