I'm a long time getting around to this one! The last time I saw a Zebra Longwing was in the summer of 2007!

I was instructed to post one of these in the POM contest, but I don't know which, so here's both of them. If you didn't read the original thread, it's been decided that this is the winter rosette of an Evening Primrose.

Definitely! Dec 16, 65 degrees. My demented red maple is flowering, and I still have bees and asters...Winter may come eventually, but the trees don't think so.

Wow..we got socked by a freeze last week and we are pretty far south, go figure! My asters pooped out weeks ago, . Bees are attracted to my flowery scented hand lotion, trying to find something to eat, poor things.
