The good doctor told her she was off duty and in the same breath pretty much told me to earn my "keep" this month!!! Too funny!!!

Guess I've got to get crackin' on copying more photos so I can send em off to the kids!!! Keep em comin'!!! Keep em comin'!!! 2 days left to submit anything from the month of November from any year + don't forget she gave you all free turkeys too!!!

pawprint hope I'm not too late

Pix 002 shows that green is definitely a viable fall color!

Pix 016 shows a local fishing hole

Pix 020 shows an azalea, that has never colored up in the fall like this~~probably due to drought, or maybe the haircut I gave it, or maybe the high calcium dirt I amended it with earlier this year. I did all of this work to the shrub to bring these special colors, just so I could enter it in the November POM contest...hahaha

It was worth a try.....Perhaps we'll get a chance to see it in all its glory NEXT fall. Things sometimes take more time than anticipated.

Your local fishing hole is neat. I've got some er uh.... bad news for you about your azalea.... I think what you're seeing isn't a sign of a happy azalea. I think maybe you better stop fiddling with it for a while before it goes to azalea heaven.

Here I thought I was so on the ball even setting my alarm clock so I could post what their picks were and.... Viceroy slides in another really nice photo under the wire!!!
