Congrats Citra!!! I dunno if you can or not but.... I'd check into planting some native grasses, grape vines, viburnums, dogwoods, hazelnuts, blackberries, blueberries, and any other native fruiters you can get your hands on. Turkeys gobble up anything that falls on the ground. A good assortment of "natural" snacks keeps em coming back to your yard and.... nobody will be able to accuse you of jeopardizing their health by encouraging them to artificially congregate.
