What is is with mammals and dry wall? My dog likes to eat it too! I still think it would be fun to have a raccoon (maybe I have read Rascal too many times). I wouldn't mind having a crow as well!

raccoon

A racoon family raided my bird feeder tray one evening last summer. Mom and 8 babies. I tried hard to get a photo of the little ones, but they were running around all over my deck.

Here's a photo of a baby racoon in my bird feeder.

Adult racoon in a tree. I like how well his fur blends in with the tree bark.

That second photo is priceless, BooBooBearBecky! What a great shot--it would make an excellent screen saver. Big smile on my face now!

No way would that guy have been able to hand feed that raccoon like that if it wasn't used to being fed and how did it get in the house anyway??? Something's not adding up here... either this guy or his neighbors or all of them are feeding that raccoon.
