excerpt from above:

The Otter Tail Lakes Property Owners Association is pledging to do all it can to prevent invasive species from entering area lakes. The association has 885 members who represent property owners at Otter Tail, Walker, Blanche, Long, Round and Deere lakes, as well as Otter Tail River North.
“It’s an ongoing challenge to educate boaters, especially those using our public access areas, about various invasive species, including zebra mussels,” said association president Marlyn Kruschke. “This year our goal is to double our efforts.”
