pawprint Thanks for the updates Staff :)

I recently found this article
World’s Number 1 Herbicide Discovered in U.S. Mothers’ Breast Milk

from Sustainable Pulse, April 06, 2014

Quote:
  • Pilot study shows build-up of glyphosate herbicide in Mothers’ bodies
  • Urine testing shows glyphosate levels over 10 times higher than in Europe
  • Initial testing shows Monsanto and Global regulatory bodies are wrong regarding bio-accumulation of glyphosate, leading to serious public health concerns

Earlier this week I got a Food Democracy Now email about a campaign to get people to divest from Monsanto. They are going after Monsanto and GMO products quite relentlessly.

And, coincidentally, The Washington Post had an article yesterday about Monsanto's DNA screening/genetic-marker breeding program. Wonder what this means? I'm starting to think like one of those foil-hatted conspiracy theorists. . .

Ok, it's Easter Sunday, and many of us are off to family gatherings at places like Samuels Grande Manor for a huge Monsanto spread. WHAT CAN I EAT THERE? WHAT WILL YOU EAT!

I hope it is ok to tack this on here.

Earlier this year, much to my disgust, I found out that Monsanto owns Gardens Alive. I ordered from them last year.
