Default A year at Hidden Pond Prairie

It was fun trying to ID the many individual plants blooming throughout the two videos over the course of a year. The young man did a fine job.

Hidden Pond Woods - Into the Wild

The third video is of a volunteer workday and gives a look at the video producer.

LOTS of work went into a project like that! It's really amazing the amount of florals one area can produce.
Loved the praying mantis-monarch wing shots.

The change of music was a hoot in the first video. Simple pleasures for simple minds I guess because I got a big kick out of it. The video that gave me the big fat smile was the last one with the one volunteer lopping the lonicera. His comments were priceless.

Gloria-
Thanks for posting the Hidden Pond Prairie videos. I watched them all and they're really good!

Very inspiring for those of us trying to do prairie/meadow restoration work.
