Right before the 4th, I finally get a call from her.....It's crackling and buzzing in and out one word here one word there Click.......Dead!
Ok the call comes back in....same thing, crackle .....Meet you.... t... you nts....Zmmmmmph Dead. Another call somes in.... Can you hear me now....Hmmmm snap crickle Hello! Yes, I can hear you...You know where I am?.... Where?.... On my roof! WHAT!... Ya, I'm on my roof, that's the only place I can get any sort of reception..... Jeese. That's just as bad as crawling up the telephone pole like on Green acres to get through... We laugh...I'll pick you up at your aunts early Tuesday morning..... Dead again.....

...
May I suggest in the paperback version that you make some kind of foreshadowing of the steep path with nearly slipping off the steep roof. =)

When she tells you to hang on we're doing a Uie, you better hang on. Her quick turn around maneuvers impressed the heck out of me.

After the vulture fest we end up passing our first exit to Horserace Rapids.
Had nothing to do with our never ending catch up conversation we were involved in....

A view downstream.

Hypnotic swirling eddies....

What impressed me was how high up we found this set of eddie pockets.
I would guess them to be the results of some past upheaval.

You couldn't help but notice the white quartz outcroppings in the forest of green.
Beautiful pictures of the stream...while I sit safely at my computer.

...By the way, who will play you both in the movie version?

You know what? ONE person COULD play us both.... We're like twins....same age, height, weight, stamina, likings and even have the SAME gait!

Smile. ....maybe you were separated at birth!

Cool, they could save money by paying just one actress, but maybe the special effects budget would sky rocket. Hmmm...why did I just flash on that Bette Middler and Lily Tomlin movie from the 80's?

"Do you have any photos of the HUGE lichens we found in that area?" YUP!!! Boatloads. They reminded me of green lace draped over the rock so I took quite a few photos and a close up. I really liked them.

Ha ha ha.... just read this, "You know what? ONE person COULD play us both.... We're like twins....same age, height, weight, stamina, likings and even have the SAME gait!" The gait really was wild. I don't think I know anyone else with the same gait as me. What REALLY surprised me is that you had body piercings exactly in all the same places as me and the same thing with all your tattoos. Too bad my skin color is darker than yours or my tattoos would look as bright and colorful as yours.
