Oh man, that website makes me gag! But it's brilliant for marketing to the mainstream crowd. Many folks won't realize it's human hair until after they've been using it for a while, if at all.

Their packaging needs improvement, though. One plastic package for two mats? Wasteful.

Thanks Biig!

You're welcome.

The Canada website makes it clear it's hair. I could only find one reference to hair on the entire US website, and it didn't explain what hair & nitrogen had to do with their mat.

I'd have absolutely no qualms buying this product. I think it's genious.

There are so many of the humans around, might as well try to make use of them for something.

I found this particular statement to be very interesting. What about toxins that are ingested in stay in the hair? This is something old is now new again. Using human hair to repel deer does work and is good trick to use around the garden.

I agree with amelanchier. No sense letting good hair go to waste. Asians don't perm or color their hair for the most part. That is changing around the big cities where you can see their teens sporting rainbow hair just like ours.
