I think this is one of my favorite local insects...

I do know a lot about this little guy, was the first in my county to report a sighting. Any guesses here?

"HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, I wonder what that could beeeeeeeeeee." I think I know. Am I allowed to try to spill the beans? I have been working on a native plant moth/moon garden that ended up not too native but this one here is out in the day time if it is what I think it is.
