I know they do and really I'm NOT a bug squasher. Spidies go back outside all the time. He is Not beautifull however in my sight. ICK

Default swallowtail caterpillars

Can you see the green cocoon on the brown potato plant? It was such a small caterpillar I was surprised it started morphing so soon.

The other is his brother or sister getting fat on the dill plants. They can have all the want.

Its camouflaged otherwise someone would come along and eat it.

havalotta its a good thing you don't eat caterpillars, you'd go hungry.

It's a walking stick, but there are 2500+ species. Anybody know which one this is? Mid-Michigan area.
