Default New Asian Killer Moths

Seems that the bees in japan have figured out a way to take these guys down when they enter a hive. Good article on how here:https://triblive.com/local/regional/...urder-hornets/

Killer Moths, eh?

I saw a video on PBS years ago that showed how the native bees in Japan dealt with Japanese hornets. The hornets send out scouts. The bees actually invite the scout hornet in, show her a good time with drinks and dancing drones (kidding), and then suddenly converge on her. As said in the article, they overheat her and she dies. The location of the bee hive is still a secret.

Could not believe it when I heard the term "murder hornet." Americans. SMH. I guess the killer bees will be jealous.

Very sad that some joker released Japanese hornets in North America. I knew somebody did it in England about five years ago.
