Default Shinrin-yoku research

Researchers measured the actual physiological changes in people after spending time in 24 forests across Japan. Shinrin-yogu is a Japanese noun naming the experience of immersing oneself in a natural setting or forest bathing as it translates. Check it out.

I've always known that to be true.
As soon as I get into the car to head up North to where the trees flourish, A sense of calmness sets in. As I walk or sit in the woods it is there, that I feel most content.

I've always had the need or the draw in me for what I call, my nature fix.
