Default Plant ID Help, Please

My sister is starting to get into the native plant groove and send me these photos via cell phone. She lives in NE PA and found these plants growing in the woods near her home. Any ideas? She is hopeful that it is native as there were about 20 plants! She said all appeared to be losing their leaves, but had these egg sized seeds/fruit.

Many thanks!

I think that's Arisaema triphyllum, or jack-in-the-pulpit
