What!!! Is everyone chicken??? I'll ask more yes or no questions then. Is this species native to New Jersey? Does this plant have a wetland status as in obligate or facultative?

I think John has gone to bed. Sore throat, poor honey! I don't think he'd mind me giving a few more hints.

It is native to NJ, but can be found on every continent except Antarctica.

Not necessarily aquatic, but likes water!

Found ya.... Tossing in a guess of ornamental garlic but I think they have sheathes around the florals If I'm remembering correctly.
