Great catch Random.

Most spam is generated by bots not humans that even read a thread. WG is able to stop most bots thanks to reCaptcha.

This spammer is a human that slipped through. This member did not appear listed at any spam sites at the time of registration. This member is now assigned to a new custom WG usergroup titled “Spammer” as our way of letting other sites know we had issues with the member. The link had been removed from the post.

We will work on creating a “Report-A-Post” thread. In the interim, every post contains a report a post icon. It is located next to the green button denoting whether a member is online or not.

ya know, I read about that in another post. Should have realized but I've been looking at spreadsheets since 1a.m. and my brain has ceased to connect. Sorry.

I deleted my message. It's not necessary.

You put that post back! We need to be reminded that we should speak up or repost a post when we see something that's not right.

You're goooood! I saw the post and didn't catch it as spam. Great catch, Random!

Oh Random, you did a good job. I have seen the icon however I did not know what it did. It is also in our pm's.

(giggle) The avatar is wonderful. What a nice touch.

Ha ha ha... switch the head on that avatar to a triple header. That Audrey is jacques123 Registered: 10/11/09
and that Audrey123 is Zac123 Registered User (3 posts)
Funny... Sybil123 is out of touch everywhere she goes and ends up in this thread... with the scourge of all things wall and tree... English Ivy.
