I'm glad to see one set of rules has been established for all the contests. Newbies (Myself included) needed that as we all had missed your discussions about it in February. Where will the sticky thread be located for future reference?

FW, where does WG stand on basics like enhancing contrast? Assuming nothing is added or subtracted and keeping in mind much outdoor photography is done in poor lighting conditions.

IMHO-I like the color in the first one better (it is richer looking) but then again the closeness of the second.
