Default Born Wild: The First Days of Life/PBS

Tonight at 8:00 (7:00 Central time? Check your local listings) on Nature, on PBS, "Born Wild: The First Days of Life."

Across the animal kingdom, some of the most essential lessons and the most extreme challenges occur in the first moments of life. From ostrich to orangutan, egg sac to live birth, infanticide to matricide, the diversity of behaviors between parent and progeny is as great as the diversity of life on our planet.

It was very picturesque. But I didn't have an "Really! How would of thought!" moment. Still it was enjoyable. I think they humanized the animals a bit. I don't think we can apply human emotions to animals. After all, we don't even understand what the opposite sex is thinking. How can we understand what a bear or a bird is thinking?
I'm not saying animals don't think or have emotions. I just don't believe they think/feel they same way as humans.
We do not inherit the land from our fathers, we borrow it from our children.
