If glyphosate is omnipresent & hugely damaging to human health, we'd have expected large disease impacts by now. My guess is it is widely present in North American crops and slightly damaging to human health, but that's only a guess. If so, I'd favor regulating any nonspecific uses (spraying it over an entire area). Some of the benefits of glyphosate have been rather subtle. Reducing weeds has allowed farm acreage to shrink, yielding land back to wilderness. But the downsides may well exceed the upsides.
