5 ways to attract moths to your garden
Most of us think about planting for butterflies, but how many of us actually plant or create habitat for moths? Here are a few quick tips to get started!

bridget, I love the idea of expaning our plantings for moths as well as butterfllies. One thing, however, I noticed about the suggestions in your link: the site is from the UK so the listed suggestions of natives are *their* natives, not those native to the USA. Hopefully, members that already plant for moths can give us some good advice and suggestions. Good idea for a thread. ![]()

That looks like a cool site, Runmede. Thanks for the link. I'll check it out more thoroughly when it is not past my bedtime.
Funny thing: I just started a thread about ecoregions. Your link asks for a zipcode to find one's ecoregion. It gave me a different one than the site I found!

I posted it to get people 'thinking' about moths in addition to butterflies. Sorry, it was an article I found about moths, thought it was good, posted it.

Sorry if I sounded critical--that was not my intention. I just figured that some people who visit this site don't know what is native to their area, and I didn't want them spreading more invasives around here. ![]()
