Default oak leaf curl pest

These guys are curling the leaves on my chestnut oaks. Largely cosmetic - not a danger of defoliating the trees, but odd looking critters. Anyone know what they are?

I don't know, I thought they were kind of cute...not really, more like a face only a mother could love!
