New week, new bee sighting on my Black Eyed Susans! Can anyone help me ID this rust-orange bee with very fuzzy hind legs? It was a little bit smaller than a honeybee.

It looks sort of like one of the digger bees. Solitary bees from pictures are hard to ID.
A nice pdf about native bees. http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprdb5306468.pdf

Almost certain to be in the genus Andrena; there are several species having a reddish thorax - see Andrena dunningi photo - Tom Murray photos at pbase.com for an example. This is a very speciose genus, and I would be foolish to attempt a specific identification.
