For A day on the island. I think not.
Nice to have you back Sage....I missed you!
That was taken the first week I got my camera December of 2008!
Sooooo That's telling me my poor old, overly abused camera lasted me over three years.
Not too bad considering thousands, upon thousands, upon thousands of takes and do overs!
Guess I got my moneys worth out of that one ha?

Yes it has......Poor Poor Dave Stiles.
When I had first joined, I flooded the competitions with photos thinking the new form of digital photography was so, soooooooooo neat.
But now.... Three years later I look back and see how bad quite a few of them actually were.
I truly think it was because of me that he decided to set a limit of four entries.

Hey, just to clarify, is this post for bird photos taken this year or just posted this year?

Good question! I don't have an answer...but I do have a guess.

I'm guessing these pics could have been taken any time--it is not a monthly contest...I *think* the new thread was created to prevent the potential freezing of the whole (LONG) original thread...and not to limit the pictures to this year.

Hopefully someone in the know will clarify for us.

Hmmm, I was assuming for 2012 pix, but I'm really not sure. We could be re-posting last year's pix???

Maybe we'll get some guidance from "above" soon.

I am not advocating re-posting pics...but I figured new members could post things from past years...and current members can post things they took but never got around to posting.
