Havalotta, have you downloaded Adobe Reader already? It's a program to allow your computer to read PDf files: Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions It's free and harmless. Be sure to uncheck all the add-on software when you download it though.

Can you read other PDFs? If you can't read any PDFs at all, you could try doing a reinstall of Adobe Reader.

Have you tried the link today? It didn't come up for me earlier, but it's working now.

I just did and it bleeps in for a few seconds and then locks itself onto the screen. Once again I had to do a complete shutdown of the computer to rid myself of it. Oh well, I'm going to quit trying for now.
