Default Canada Geese, a mini photo essay

Canada geese are everywhere this time of year, but around here they are an everyday part of the living landscape. This family strolled past my office today, providing a photo opportunity that I found irresistible.

Everybody here? Canada Geese, a mini photo essay-img_0830.jpg

Hedgerowe,
The sequence of your geese photos is just awesome!

Felt like I was right there watching that gaggle of geese stroll past your office with you.

Thanks, BooBoo! It was fun; they move pretty fast, for little puffballs!

Very sweet! So many areas around here have a distinct lack of babies this spring, because it's easier for the commercial properties to destroy the nests now. Sad...

I've seen a couple of nests in shopping mall parking lots (they nest in the flower boxes). Is that just a local phenomenon, or everywhere?

There are goslings at the park, too.
