Jurgen, the young rock climber, got double-teamed by the Peregrine parents as the babies were up above getting banded.
![]() Here is the baby I had the honor of naming "Rainbow" (not me in pic) ![]() because of the rainbow over the gorge in the mist of Niagara Falls just to the left of this shot. Also, this is our vantage point for the gorge nest and the rock climber. I report on this nest, behavior, incubation, egg count, hatching, etc., to the Canadian Peregrine Foundation because they cannot see the nestbox from Canada! ![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peregrine at UB, and they had a fledge today! ![]() Peregrine parents BB and Yankee on their tower ![]() |

Just trying an edit in Photoshop to create an "Out of Bounds" effect. Used a shot I took this morning at UB (University at Buffalo) of Peregrine parent keeping an eye on one of two fledges who are on the tower. This is my 2nd attempt at an OOB photo!

Sage,
I use Photoshop Elements to work with photos. It's a dumbed down version of the full blown Photoshop program. |

Peregrine fledgling Alfreda went down into a 20' deep well on the roof area, before she was strong enough to have gotten out herself, necessitating a rescue. I had to stay on the ground because I can't do the stairs and it's an old art deco architectural gem of a past era, now virtually abandoned, no working elevators.
