Wading birds' rebound is boon for Everglades
After the third strong breeding year since 2002, there is increasing optimism that wading birds are rebounding from decades of decline in the Everglades.

Wood storks are not yet nesting at Corkscrew Swamps, Naples FL, though normally they would be at this time of year. We have seen them at run offs along the side of the road.
