I've noticed a lot of newly fledged, baby birds around lately. John and I had a bird call on Saturday night. A juvenile chipping sparrow without a momma. The little fluff ball didn't even have tail feathers yet!

Been watching a couple different families of cardinals feeding young in the neighborhood. I love how young cardinals are so vocal!

Have any of you noticed any late broods this year? Curious...

The club ended last week, but I did have some pictures to use several weeks ago when I needed them. Perhaps I can use it next year.
