Your turkeys are better than my turkey. The one in the tree is really good.

I was on a property last week where there were tons of turkeys....352 acres of private property and I wasn't allowed to take one single picture.

That is unfair. That is like inviting a plantaholic to a native plant nursery and telling them none of the plants that have price tags on them are for sale. How come no photos?

She forgot her camera?
Your photos have way more clarity to them than my turkeys did - you turkey you!

My turkey was more blurred than your you turkey.

MaggyNoLia said she wasn't allowed to take any photos. That is a lot different than forgetting a camera.

Whats even worse is that they are returning this plantation back to it's native roots. When you enter you drive through a pine bottomland and then that opens into a hardwood bottomland. After that is an avenue of oaks. I saw plants that I've been salivating over for my own property. There are numerous snags on this property and brush piles and the wildlife was everywhere! I was going nuts not being able to take any shots.

The guy that owns the property is fairly well known and wants to keep this area as private as he can. I was told after the first day that I took my camera that if I returned with it I would be dismissed from the site. It's a shame....I just wanted to take pictures of the natural beauty surrounding the property and some of the wildlife. I could have cared less about the grounds, houses or anything that could identify the property.

I got a couple of bison...but that was before I knew I couldn't take any shots. I wanted some shots of the cougars roaming around.

Check out the odds and ends area in a few minutes. I've got something to show you.
